Dis-covering Asian Women:Envisioning the Invisible
There is a distinct and conspicuous lack of discussion of Asian women on campus. We are not addressed in the women's studies nor the Asian studies curricula. This course will focus on exposure, making the invisible Asian woman visible. both Asian and non-Asian students can benefit from this class and from each other. For Asian women, this course can be particularly liberating in that it acknowledges their experiences.
