Abstract

No argument can be made without basic underlying assumptions. Likewise, this thesis rests upon several fundamental assumptions. I assume that the current state of affairs is pervaded by inequality, inequity, and intolerable oppression. Further, that these phenomena enjoy such a powerful and extreme existence, that it should no longer be tolerated.
