Abstract

Partial differential equation theory encompasses a wide variety of problems from the various branches of science and engineering as well as a number of applications involving abstract mathematical analysis. Included within the theory are such independent topics as Fourier Series, Fourier Integrals, Orthogonality, Sturm-Liouville Systems, to mention only a few.
