psychology, extrasensory perception, ESP, parapsychology
Experimental Analysis of Behavior | Psychology | Social and Behavioral Sciences
The field of parapsychology is a relatively new and partially accepted branch of the psychological sciences. A great deal of controversy has at times existed regarding the validity or value of this area of endeavor. The attitude which this writer brings to this study is that parapsychology should not and cannot be fairly ignored, but that it should instead be considered critically and objectively from all standpoints. With this objective in mind, this study is comprised primarily of a comprehensive review of both the critical and supporting literature in the field.
