This thesis will reveal the significance of a somatic approach to psychotherapy. The emphasis of the study will be upon the analysis and interpretation of the structure and expression of the body. This work will demonstrate that somatic psychology is a valuable contribution to understanding human behavior and the therapeutic process. The thesis is representative of a personal attempt to extend further consideration of the dynamic interaction of mind and body.
