Abstract

This thesis explores the theory and practice of Rebirthing as presented by materials in seminars, tapes, discussions, and books from the people of Theta Seminars (the umbrella organization that has developed the Rebirthing Process and its support structure), Rebirth International (an organization that promotes Rebirther training, certification, and a communication network), Rebirth America (an organization formed to train Rebirthers), and individual Rebirthers and Seminar Leaders. Their style is very casual, conversational, and quite often very flip. This is often reflected in my presentation of this material.
