Abstract

This handbook is written as a tool for the manager or consultant contemplating the use of Team Building within an organization. It is an exploratory attempt to introduce two models of Team Building and to outline in practical terms the steps necessary to implement them. It is not an experimental design to test the validity of one or the other of the models.
